lamp doctor cleaner

Hi .Nothing. wrong with product at all.The packaging requires a serious look at.It arrives in an envelope with a squashed tube and the box purposely flattened.WHY?.to get it through letterbox, after the postie has flattened it some more and the tube contents are squashed out inside, very clever ,no need to unscrew cap.A bit sarcastic.but point made.Cheers RogerRead full review...

Don’t waste your money buying rubbish product

I bought this item to polish my dusty headlights, after several hours of trying, the lens are no better than they started. The very minor discolouration is still the same, the surface marks and scratches (which you can't feel they are that slight, but can see them) are still exactly the same. The only benefit to buying this product that I can see is your arms get a good workout. After the reading the other reviews, I thought I was on to something amazing. Nope.Read full review...

Use with polisher

I used it with a polisher and it worked fine. My headlights could probably do with sanding down to get them any better but considering 2-3 minutes with a cheapy polisher did the trick, I would say the K2 pro lamp doctor is worth it. The way I did it was to apply the compound straight onto the headlights and then spread it around with some tissue until it was spread over equally like a lot of cream. Then I out the polisher straight on it. There were bits flying about so I had to wash it off the car but a quick jet wash sorted it. I would advise a small polisher as mine was quite big. Great resultRead full review...

Worth trying it does work to a degree.....

Bought to try to clear up clear exterior 'misting' of headlights on my car.
I found it took 2 or 3 applications with plenty of elbow grease to make any difference.

I used the product by hand but it may well be better used on a polishing pad fixed to an electric drill.
Having said that there was a distinct difference after the final application.
It's definitely worth a try at this price.
My headlights were not yellow but just 'fogged' up.
After they were less misty but not clear.

Noticeable improvements to be had.

Ridiculously large box for such a small tube of paste. Even so with just one 5 minute application by hand using a kitchen pad we do have a noticeable difference, thus expecting that with bit more elbow grease I might be able to clear the mist from the lights completely.Read full review...

Very Surprised!

MOT was due on wife’s Skoda Fabia car and headlights were looking as though it would definitely fail. Used this product with only a cloth and a small amount of elbow grease and hey presto....It passed! With a bit more time and commitment I think the lens could be brought back to almost original condition. Worth the gamble, a few quid and a bit of time or £250 for new lights? No brainier! Highly recommended.Read full review...

Lamp doctor.

This stuff is amazing, my daughters headlights were grubby, yellow and looked awful, a couple of applications of this stuff and they are like new, so I used it on my lamps as well, does require good old fashioned elbow grease when scrubbing the affected areas but after application the results are superb.Read full review...

K2 pro Lamp Doctor Sparkling Headlights easy and cheap

Did a great job on 2004 nissan micra headlight lenses which were very cloudy.I used a small sponge and applied the paste and polished vigourously the whole lense then polished off with microfibre cloth.i did this procedure twice on each lense and they both sparkled when i had finished. You could use a sponge drill attachment to make it a bit easier to apply the paste as long you are carefull but i think paste is excellent and cheap as well.Read full review...

The real deal

Must admit I haven’t tried too many other products but within five minutes of rubbing each headlamp with Lamp Doctor they came up looking brand new. Shame lots of the rest of the car caused it to fail its MOT!Read full review...

Very good product - well worth the money

Cleared the yellow and misty headlights with just a small amount of elbow grease. Used it on two vehicles and have enough left to do about another 3 0r 4. Saved me about £150 as the local garage wanted £80 per vehicle.
Headlights are now crystal clear and both vehicles passed the M.O.T. tests.
