Lucky Purchase.

I was lucky indeed to find a new copy of this Airlife book from 1997. The photographs are stunning, both of airliners in the air and on the ground at Kai Tak.
The book has excellent reference maps and excellent informative captions about Hong Kong and the Airlines serving it. Cathay Pacific and all the rest....

The photo of the Alitalia MD - 11 misjudging his approach is worth the price of the book alone!
[Yes both the plane occupants ant the photographer lived to tell the tale!]

I am too late for the Kai Tak experience, but this book helps to bridge that gap. Great !Read full review
