Ok but you get what you pay for

Towel radiator arrived on time.
There was a little bit of damage to the unit where the electrical cable entered the radiator. As we needed to get it fitted to finish the job I decided to go ahead and install it.
Fingers crossed it seems to work OK.
Ultimately I don't think it should have been advertised and sold on with this damage.
My only other comment is that there were no installation/operating instructions supplied with it
