Thought this cd would be a different routine to a Kathy smith step workout I had on video a long time ago. The cover was different and wrongly assumed it would be a different workout. However, it saves me getting the video transferred to a cd. Otherwise, I find this a very good workout and pleased with my purchase. Read full review...

Great work out but hard to follow
This workout is great unfortunately I simply cannot follow it. The instructor doesn’t explain the moves or show them she just does them and through out I felt lost. Now I am fit and it’s not a case of not keeping up because physically I can, it’s just a case of the fact the teacher is so bad and doesn’t actually instruct.
