Very flavorful but more granular than powder.

More 'granular' than powder. Has a tendency to sink to the bottom of the bowl and not stick to the popcorn. I've only used it on 'air popped' popcorn... maybe it will stick to stove top popped. I'll try using some of the liquid butter spray on the popcorn first hoping flavor topping will 'cling' better. The flavors are actually quite good! Bacon Cheddar is amazing!
