After watchin kerry's reality tv show and seeing her record this dvd on tv i was interested to see how good it really is as kerry appears to av really lost the pounds and toned up looking amazing.

I own several dvds and workout at least three times a week so i would say i am of moderate fitness would be great for beginners as its easy to follow but at the same time great for those who are more advanced.

bought this for my friend for her birthday. She wanted an exercise video she could fit in with looking after a 2 year old. Kerry's dvd just does that combined wuth a good workout

Kerrys dvd is brilliant

It is a really good dvd which helps you to burn fat through cardio circuit training and the core workout is hard and effective, you can see why kerry is in such good shape. its great because you can do short 20 minute workouts when your busy or do the full workout when you have the time, all the workouts do give you a thorough workout, and its cheaper than any gym membership or diet and fitness memberships.
