Good film apart from the unnecessary self abuse at the beginning and unnecessary use of blasphemy and overdoing the foul language. Good storyline and plot otherwise. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Great actions scenes coming at you one after the other, dark humour, while there are great performances from Nicolas Cage (the Dad) and Chloe Moretz (the daughter) to name a few. Great film. A bit surprised how violent it was . Not for kids!
I thought this film was just going to be a micky take of all the super hero films of late but its out there on its own. told it was good but much better than expected. an adult comic book style beat em up comedy with some blood and guts if that makes sense. could easily watch it again and again.
