Poorly packed and poorly made.
This product arrived with a missing washer which had obviously fallen through a hole in the packaging, which was simply a bag wrapped round the head of the implement with the loose pieces inside. I found a washer in my box to replace it and fitted the tool together however the angled head part was difficult to fix or adjust and either worked loose or became unable to be adjusted.
It worked reasonably well but I feel the quality is not great and the head needs constant adjustment. Not impressed.

Good product but Squeegee could be better
Good product. Reaches my top windows while standing in my driveway which is why I bought it. The rubber on the squeegee seems a bit firm and I struggled to clear all the water from windows. At that height it’s difficult to apply a lot of pressure when using the squeegee so in my opinion a more supple rubber would be better. Maybe after a bit of use it will improve. Very good price for the item, however it's a little on flexible side being plastic. Would be good if the attachments were sold separately as I didn't need the pole.

Long reach and stable
This extendable pole is sturdy enough to reach very high with its 3.5m length. I've not used the window cleaning sponge yet but have successfully hooked moss off my roof with the plastic L shaped attachment at the end of the pole.Read full review

Think before...
It arrived broken, it is the end of the METAL pole which is plastic, it is ragged and dangerous to use.
I was offered a return label but as I am able to sand the ragged edge down to use, I decided not to bother.
The cleaning part and squeegee are very narrow, meaning several strokes to cover each window is required.
This may seem petty BUT it is a METAL pole not light and at full extension it becomes heavy and uncontrollable, in my experience that is.
Pay more go for a non metal one for your own safety. Read full review
