Well-made feeders, value for money

We haven’t had this long but so far are very pleased with it. It seems reasonably robust, and better than our previous similar one as the birds have to work a bit harder to get at the peanuts. Previous one they managed to get whole peanuts out. This meant they could empty a feeder like this in a day. This new feeder is proving much better, and lasting longer, and attracting plenty of birds. We’ve had quite a few different sorts of birdfeeders over the years, including the so-called “squirrel proof“ ones which aren’t! In fact, I have a picture of a squirrel inside one of our squirrel proof feeders. But I digress. Nice size and easy to fill

It is long enough for quite a few birds to feed on together, and for the spotted woodpecker to get on easily. Very easy to fill up with peanuts nuts.
