Good value, But!

After reading reviews about this bird house (mostly positive) I purchased one, to be fair, it is good value for money. The house is well made and looks great in the garden, however after reading another review saying the panel pins stick out inside the house I checked and they come through the inside by a good 20mm making them very dangerous, they are only on the front decoration of the house which is easy to rectify. If you don't want to remove and replace the very long pins I would probably avoid as it possibly wouldn't be safe for the birds.Read full review

Dangerous for the birds

Really unsafe for the birds!! The panel pins used to attach the love birds sign & the other signs have gone through to the inside of the box so will harm the birds. The wrong size pins have been used as I discovered when my little boy picked the box up by the peep hole & pricked his finger! I was mortified when I put my finger in it to see what he was going on about. This could be potentially fatal to the birds, also on the instructions it states to clean the box inside annually but there is no access to get inside to clean it so unless you take the whole thing apart it can't be cleaned. Really upset by this but relieved I discovered the pins before any birds were harmed.Read full review

Pretty garden feature but useless

The product is not designed for your average sized bird. The entry hole is way too small for them to access the bird house.
