Received the first one battery connecter not in alighment 2nd one received battery case does not fit when batteries inserted. Dissapointed

A good strong item. The only problem was that the battery cover does not fit after the batteries are inserted! I had to cut out the battery supports.

Doesn't zap flies unless you trap them against a wall with it. Not good

Disappointing performance

After several of my friends had recommended this product I decided to buy one for my husband who is living in Spain and is plagued by mosquitos at the moment. He used it a couple of times successfully but after 'zapping' a particularly juicy specimen, there was a big flash, bang and then it didn't work any more!!
We have tried changing the batteries but with no effect.
