Just not big enough.
The cover is simply not big enough to cover the outside tap. It needs to be a least twice the size to go over the tap and fit against the wall. I have to say I am very disappointed with it.

OVER priced polystyrene.
The product is made of polystyrene that would break very easily if not handled carefully. Looking at how it was made I can’t see it lasting all winter.
