Memory not wirking

I installed the memories but the mac didn´t turn on and alerted with 3 beep signal (related to ram memory).
I think that one of the memories isn´t working.

SUPER SUPER FAST affordable.

Well well well how can I put it, gave me a windows 7 experience index rating of 7.3 thats no Joke this is a very fast RAM Chip.
