I have found this product to be very effective in getting me to sleep. Only problem is sometimes it works too well & I am still sleepy when my alarm goes off. A useful multi purpose pill. Great at night to aid sleeping but also useful during day in lower dose as muscle relaxant and anti-histamine - great for tension/sinus headaches. It used to be one of the ingredients in Syndol until they had licensing issues and removed that ingredient.
