Although the speaker is easy to use, the volume isn't very loud so I can hardly hear anything.
When I try to adjust the volume, my music, which is stored on my phone starts playing. Therefore I end up trying to speak with someone whilst music is playing.

Does exactly what it says. Sound is a little tinny, but can hear conversation clearly, and mic picks up voice well. Battery lasts well thanks to auto shut down. Great little device.
