Knives Out (DVD, 2020)

Twisty turn-y, an excellent mystery

Interested to see Daniel Craig and Chris Evans in completely different roles from their usual better known ones- 007 and Captain America. The other actors are excellent, love 'em or hate 'em. The plot is very much like the old style who done its but with not just a modern twist but other plot twists! We saw it in the cinema last year, but had to see it again. Subplots, multifaceted characters, and more. All great fun. Definitely worth a third viewing.

AN AVERAGE FILM

This film is a real mystery, very complicated and all the twists need to be followed and observed. Did I like it huh? I found all the characters sullen, bitter, cold and unfriendly. Did I spot the murderer no I did not but was not bothered as I did not care by the end of the film who did what to whom. All the actors played their pats well. great twist

interesting story with some big named actors, i really enjoyed it and i wasn't expecting the reveal at the end which makes a nice change for a film.

Knives out

Knives out is watchable i know its based on agatha christie but it was what i was expecting but i was also slightly disappointed .But i will still watch again

Terrible casting and too slow to hold my attention..........

Casting ex Bond Daniel Craig as some Private Detective with a southern accent was such a mistake it was untrue and tainted the film right from the start. There was little about the film that I liked and turned it off after about 30 mins. Nothing else to say on the matter. Read full review

Slow to get into

I found the plot slow to get into as you are introduced to all the quirky characters. But this is a movie of two halves and second half is much better.
