Preacher Bicep Curl Bench is Good

Very easy to put together. Although I had tools it would be a good idea for the company to supply a basic All-in-One tool like IKEA does for most of their products incase some people do not have any.<br>
I am thoroughly enjoying it and it's a great addition to my work out days away from the gym. I use a Cambered Barbell with 18kg weight (you don't need a lot for this so please be careful and do not overload because your arms are operating at roughly a 45 degree angle creating farm more stresses than say a standing vertical curl. SO start low and work up to heavier gradually over weeks), the place holder and frame are all very stable even when not seated although I do recommend removing the weight from the bar holder to prevent excess imprinting for people who use it on a carpet. A Weight Mat could be an option for some who do not have room to keep the weight and curl bench separately.
