Bulky but powerful

The original battery on my Note 4 was running down too quick so was looking for a high power replacement as I use my phone quite heavily and am not always near a power point to keep it charged. After looking around and considering the more popular version of this battery I wasn't prepared to spend £50. I settled on this battery and so far so good. It is early days yet to say how much longer I will be able to use my phone on this battery as it still needs to be conditioned and yes it does double the thickness and weight of your phone but if it promises to deliver the extra run time I need then that is a small price to pay. Other people have commented that the case doesn't fit very snuggly but no problems with mine, it fits fine, my only issue and it is a small one is that the area around the flash at the back is exposed (between the camera and the flash) also could do with a stand but that's just me being fussy otherwise £25 well spent I think.Read full review

Lo g life, at the cost of heaviness

Unusual cover, but easy to use. Lasts 2 days with heavy use, even when used as a GPS for hiking, the main reading I got it. Heavy for a normal pocket, need cargo pants or small bag to carry.

Does its job

Perfect fit for the phone. It's big and that translates to how powerful it is.

You have to let it drain to zero and recharge it fully a few times for the phone to read the battery level correctly.

Mine has been on 1% for the past 11 hours and I've had everything running for the past 30 since its last charge.

Amazing battery

This battery is amazing!! Lasts about 3 days on a single charge, and I use my phone almost constantly. Only gripe I have is with the case. One of the dual mics is covered, as one hole is misaligned. But people hear me OK. Very happy with the battery. I only got about half a day out of the stock one. It is a bit heavy and bulky, but you get used to it.Read full review

Does not work correctly

Whilst the battery provides power to the phone for some reason it causes the phone screen to freeze. Have tried numerous batteries and this is the only one where it happens. Unable to send back as Post Office refuse to take Lithium Ion batteries in the post.Read full review
