USPS delivered an empty envelope

The shipper used an envelope to ship the quart sized container of liquid with USPS. During transit, the envelope was cut open and the sealer stolen. The empty envelope was then delivered. This is a USPS problem but the shipper should use a sealed box. I repoprted to USPS but they do nothing. The shipper does nothing and since there is a delivery recorded, I am out $50!!Read full review
