70s Style Crime Epic

Extremely well filmed epic from the Dominican Republic, this movie tells the tale of La Soga, the most notorious cop in the D. R. Hunting down criminals like wild animals, LA Soga is driven by the memory of his father being slaughtered by an up and coming gangster, when he was a child. Spanning 2 continents, the story ends up in New York City, where La Sogas enemy has made a name for himself. Brutal revenge movie both scripted by and starring the talented Manny Perez, this movie should appeal to fans of the more violent, un PC crime flicks of the 1970's.
