Brilliant books to help early readers

Really pleased with these books - my granddaughter (aged just 5) is missing out on her 'reception' year at school and mum and dad were struggling with home schooling - in particular reading. These books do not follow the modern phonics teaching and instead introduce keywords.
I have found is good in combination with the modern phonics learning, but later in the process after many digraphs and tricky words have already been learnt towards the end of reception.
