I Endured this course to the end of 12 CDs , if you want to know how to reserve a romantic table for two then look it up and save your money, its very annoying to be taught insignificant things time and time again, every lesson covered this from start to finish, it will be going to charity shop as I value my feedback too much to sell it on.Read full review

Pleased with my Purchase

It's interesting that the 1st CD starts with the past tense but I found that quite useful. I like the way Paul explains things and the fact that he has an English accent and not an American one as so many language instructors do which I find off-putting. He explains the grammar in a simple way and has two native speakers to speak the Spanish, one from Spain and one from South America. The listeners have the chance to answer the questions which of course you can always pause if you need more time.
I have done a little bit of Spanish which helped me understand the CD but I don't know know how someone who had never done any Spanish at all would get on.
Overall I look forward to listening to the CD and find the course quite compelling.Read full review

Interesting and easy to use

This review is a bit early as i've only had the product a few weeks. The course is different because Paul Noble stresses that you are not learning in a traditional manner and its ok to make mistakes. I have found it easy to listen to and the pace is about right. So far I've enjoyed it and the "learning" hasn't been a chore which means I want to continue. I have been learning Spanish on and off for 30 years and this method is excellent. I would recommend to a beginner and a more advanced student. Now I know understand why I say things a certain way and have been able to expand my knowledge. I am jusr starting CD 8 and look forward to completing the 12 then find a follow on by Paul Noble.
