Graphics powerhouse

Very powerful and easy to upgrade. Bit on the heavy side and battery life isn't the longest but it's very good at what it's designed for. Note there is no webcam built into this model.

Great features not enough memory not enough storage

Laptop is nice but the hard drive does not have enough storage you can only down a couple of games the hard drive will be full needs least 1T too benefit for a gaming laptop for the amount of money I paid for it I’ve got too spend another 200 pounds too get a bigger storage and another 8 gigs of Ram as well Read full review...

Best laptop i have used yet.

Good
Fantastic performance, ironically runs at beyond AMD's and nVidia specifications out of the box with the 4800H hitting 4.5Ghz single and 4.2Ghz all core and the RTX 2060 hitting over 2GHz. Excellent construction, great screen which supports gsync 144Hz.

Easy upgrading, as soon as i got it and tested i then added an extra 8GB 3200 SODIMM and also put in my old Samsung Evo 970 1TB Drive, takes less than 30mins to do.

Cons
Battery life is mixed, mine came configured with the iGPU disabled and battery life was awful 4hrs with the RTX2060, enabled the iGPU (switchable graphics) in the BIOS and that increased to around 6 1/2hrs.

Screen brightness drops off quickly when adjusting the backlight.

When on battery power the SSD's performance is halved so goes from 3.6GB/sec to around 1.8GB/sec

To use Gsync you need the iGPU disabled, personally opted for better battery life. The cons are kinda minor as SSD performance in day to day work won't be noticed, battery life can be increased with changes to the default configuration. The screen is pretty bright on high which does mean more power used but is usable out doors.

More POWER! Ah ha ha ah! Now I can take over the World, Pinky.

A total powerhouse of a laptop, great looking, more IO ports than you will ever need and the screen is perfect with sharp colours and no ghosting. This beastie runs Rust at full settings at over 90FPS, most desktops cannot do that. Highly recommended to anyone that needs a powerful computer but does not have the space for a desktop. Legion 5p Fast but Noisy

Really pleased with the machine overall. It's fast, has a great screen and the RTX 2060 is a powerhouse. However, in common with other gaming laptops, the heat needs to be dissipated. Small fans spin very fast and create a lot of noise. Nvidia whisper mode and quiet vantage setting work to a degree but significantly cut frame rates. Noise cancelling headphones are effective but keep away from family whist gaming! Cyberpunk 2077 looks amazing in quad hd with ray tracing. DLSS is black magic and the laptops gets 30 fps. Great heavy duty laptop

It's not lightweight or has a long battery life but the battery still lasts up to 4 hours with some tweaks and light use. Regardless this laptop is meant for heavy use. I upgraded the RAM and storage and use it for work and gaming. Can run tons os programs and virtual machines at the same time without any issues.Read full review...
