Good quality, missing a feature, firmware needed to be updated

I purchased this for a Ultrawide monitor with HDMI and DP. This dock does not have HDMI so I needed an adapter cable. If you need HDMI, get the 40A2 model. There is a known glitch with older firmware on this model that causes the screen to blank out temporarily. After 5 minutes of research, I was able to find and download the patch. Now it works great.
