Let's Ride: Sunshine Stables(GBA)

I am not discrediting the game but the description on the back of it. I bought this for my daughter (who is 7) who loves horses. The description only states you can care for your horse and ride it. It does not state you have to know how to run a business. The horse(s) requires (obviously money) to care for it and feed it which means you have to run your horse farm as a business to make money. Including hiring help, knowing how to manage you money, etc. This is way too advanced for my 7 year old. I am sure the game is fine if you have someone old enough to know how to do these things but it needs to state that on the back. I would not have bought this had I known.Read full review...

Sunshine Stables 2005

Overall I will give the game above average marks because my daughter loves the game. My wife and I bought the game as a Christmas present for my daughter because she played a friend's DS Sunshine Stables and absolutely loved the game. My daughter is 10 years old and had no problems getting through the menus, the game also provides enough variation to keep her entertained and interested.Read full review...

Let's Ride! Sunshine Stables (GBA)

Game is hard to understand even with instructions on game play. You end up using the money wrong, then going into a negative and can not get out of it.

It does not really walk you thru anything.

I would not recommend this game for a younger person or somebody that normally does not play games. My son is excellent at games, but became bored with this one fast because of how confusing and complicated it was to play.

Don't buy for younger kids

Bought this for my 4 year old that is very good at Gameboy games, but it is too advanced for her because of the reading that is involved and the management that is involved. My 8 year old boy liked it.Read full review...

Let's Ride

My niece asked for this game. I was happy to have been able to find it with that book at a price that I could love. She was all smiles when she got it and enjoys playing it.
