The wonderful thing about Lily's chocolates are that they are sweetened with stevia and a sugar alcohol (erthyritol) that does not cause gastric distress like so many of the others (maltitol, I'm talking about you). There are several varieties of the 70% dark, as well as milk chocolate and dark with less cocoa content, and they make special flavors for the Holidays.
