I suffer from a chronic illness which includes chronic fatigue as one of the symptoms and last year, if I'm honest , I was practically inhaling chocolate bars as I would get the most horrific low energy slumps during and after my work hours, crave a very glucosey chocolate bar, eat it in two bites and then repeat that cycle the next day, sometimes two or three times a day. Come Jan 1st I resolved to give up junk food, especially sugar, had failed attempts at this before. Take these tablets every 2nd day, haven't touched junk food or chocolate since, don't get cravings, have lost 2 stone. Decent dose of chromium
Trivalent chromium is very non toxic and so 1000 micrograms is no problem. Chromium also has more affinity to EDTA than lead so if you are taking EDTA you should be on this product. Also needed to help prevent and treat type 2 diabetes.Read full review...
