its a really good brand. I use a lot of different vitamins that hey can provide. it's good quality and the prices are some of the best on the market. though one thing at is a bit unfortunate, is the fact that when I buy all the different products I pay the posting price for every product but they send it all in one package (as they should) but when I put all og it together I am paying way to much in posting fees.

Capsules are large but easy to swallow.
I haven' been taking these capsules very long and I believe that medicines of any kind can take a while before results are obvious. I am taking them daily with no bad consequentious so I believe in time I will be more able to know their potential.
