Hydration "game changer"
This product is a "game changer" if you have a problem keeping hydrated. Prices vary from site to site, so I bought 4 individual pks in lemon-lime just to try. Usually I wake with dry eye problems but after 2 or 3 times of using Liquid IV, I no longer had that problem. I then bought a large pkg of the passion fruit flavor. I look forward to carrying these on hiking/backpacking trips, as the multiplier effect should make them a safe choice. I have to add that they taste great too. I will definitely buy again! Product that does what it says.
As a senior over 70 I will on occasion get dehydrated and sometimes dizzy. When I do I take a Liquid IV and mix it in a 12 oz bottle of water and drink it over a 15 minute period. The electrolyte in the drink go into my body and in a no time I feel great again.Read full review
