Received the book this morning and now the fun starts 😂 Got to get my head round all this hopeful weight loss programme. A quick scan of the book shows a realistic view and reason to lose weight especially as I gave Type II diabetes. A "down to earth" publication and reasonably priced book and also including a journal. Inspirational and so realistic
I bought this book as I was just about to embark on another stint at a well known slimming organisation. Well I spent the weekend reading it and then planning and I must say what a great inspiration the boom has been to me.
The recipes are so easy to follow, no need to be loads of expensive ingredients or ingredients that you only use once. We have all been there.
