I thought i would give this a go, i wasn't disappointed !
A tasty mix of nuts, seeds, and oats with just a hint of coconut. Recently diagnosed Diabetic (and missing cereal - which i now find too sweet anyway) i thought i would give this a go. I wasn't disappointed ! I find one scoop (25g) is a big enough portion + 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, ditto berries and a splash of Almond Milk. That means i get 40 portions out of the 1kg bag . Plus it supplies all of my nuts/seeds requirement for the day in a delicious way, so value for money plus under 20g carbs. It's a win win really!Read full review...
