Disappointing

I love the x men movies, but this one was very disappointing. The overuse of filthy language, excessive gore, and controversial story line made me want to watch it with the sound off. I am sure it was all done to intensify the story but it turned me off. Wish I hadn't spent my money on it. Hugh Jackman and Sir Patrick Stewart are better than this! Wolverine deserved better than this

Hollywood has no idea what to do with aging characters. The default appears to be "make them cranky and sick and use them as an unlikely martyr so that they can make way for the next generation. It's annoying and predictable.
