You have to download a lot of drivers and software in order to install it correctly. Then change settings on your computer for sound and imaging devices. Took a while to get it to work correctly.

This is a great camera for the price. Its easy to use, easy to set up and can work on top of pretty much any surface. The pictures are clear, the videos are clear and the sound is pretty good. There are settings in the software to increase mic volume incase you are not a loud speaking person.
