Good Quick Read for a Long Tall Texan

Written in true Diana Palmer fashion this book was a good quick read. I would have liked a little bit more romance to it and a little bit more backbone on Ivy. If the book could have been a bit longer in story it would have made it better.

Handsome, eligible ranch owner Stuart York was not one to mince words. Ivy Conley, his younger sister's best friend, found out the hard way. During a night's stay at his Jacobsville ranch, Ivy wound up in Stuart's arms. The resulting fireworks singed them both...and knowing she was too young, Stuart closed his heart to her.

Now yrs later, Ivy is determined not to be treated like a little girl anymore. Although still an innocent, Ivy knows she has to fight her own battles, but for some reason Stuart is always fighting themfor her, and keeping her from harm. And, safe in Stuart's arms, Ivy feels like a woman who belongs to him.

Great book, but not Diana's best

I am a big fan of Diana Palmer and have read every book she has written. This book was a shorter condensed book and was not written with as much detail as her previous books. While it was good, it did not keep me hanging on to each page, not wanting to put it down. It was also short on romance. I would still recommend any book by Diana Palmer as her books are filled with touching love scenes that make you want to laugh, and cry.Read full review...

Another fantastic Diana Palmer's book. As usual, when you start reading it, you just can't stop right till the end of it.
The love story between Stuart York and Livy Conley, take the reader another time in the fantasy city of Jacobsville, Texas. Here, the carachters will be in touch with others well-knowns Palmer's one (Cash Grier-Hayes Carson-Blake Kemp..)Read full review...
