Another great ride - 2 guys having fun...

I followed their first journey on DVD and Book and this one I even followed on a dayly basis through their weblog.
Yes, they haste around and have only little time to really experience the countries they are visiting and still they live their dream. They are Stars and well funded so no-one will be able to re-live their experience, still for those interested in Charley, Ewan and their travels this is a nice series. But if you expect a tourguide on DVD, a manual how to ride a motorbike or a "How to" you're dead wrong.
Ich habe schon ihre erste Reise auf DVD und im Buch verfolg und diese täglich durch das Webtagebuch. Ja, die 2 hetzen durch die Länder und erleben nur wenig wirklich davon, aber immerhin könne die 2 ihren Traum verwirklichen. Das sind 2 Stars, die entsprechend unterstützt werdenund keiner von uns könnte sowas nach-erleben. Dennoch eine interessante Serie über Charley und Ewan und diese tolle Reise. Wer jedoch einen Reiseführer, ein Lehrbuch zum Motorradreisen oder sonst ein Handbuch erwartet ist hier total falsch.Read full review...

LONG WAY DOWN

I would thoroughly recommend this DVD and a avid enthusiast of anything bike related I was in two minds whether to get this but Charley boorman and Ewan Mcgregar both keep the viewers entertained. I’d compare them to Clarkson,Hammond and May on bikes though also another great DVD is

The Truth

You really don't think that the EM went and did that with just a handful of guys, at the time being so famous in Star Wars! And giving a security brief on a boat going towards where the concerns are! For me this does not add up! CB is a bit of a knob and Russ well what can you say! any one who has seen long way around will love this next trip the music is wonderful everything about this dvd is first class. it would be a great gift for any motorcyclist i got it for my husband>
