One of the first vampire movie satires...
Love At First Bite is one of the attempts to give George Hamilton a comedic role that would define him as a serious comedic actor. While that failed, the movie is wonderful Yes, it plays to some of the old vampire tropes - the coffin, the repeated meeting of a soul over the ages, the Bela Lugosi inspired costume. But it also shows us a seriously out of touch immortal, trying to meet his soul mate far from his ancestral home. Some of the jokes are dated, notably the Castle Dracula being claimed by the Soviet Union for their new Olympic Training Facilities, but the movie as a whole holds up well. I recommend this to anyone who likes Dracula - Dead And Loving It, or even the Blacula films. Highly enjoyable.Read full review

Enjoyable old movie
This was a good movie that brought back memories from the 1980's. It was a good movie without nudity or vulgarities.
