A great, little jewellery scales. I have had one of these kind, before. They're a reliable and a useful, item, in the work, i do. The batteries, (2AAA) come supplied and last, a long time. I like the design, as the lid, doubles as a tray and is great, with things like jewellery. The tare function is great and there are a lot of different weight settings, to choose. Very easy, to use. This particular design, is reliable and the faux leather case, is well made. All round, a good and reliable, product. Will fit perfectly, in your shirt pocket. Which is why, i am on my second, one. These are absolute rubbish!
These would be great if they worked. I tested them with the same weights and they kept showing different amounts on the display.
I would only recommend these as a toy, not to use for gold, silver, copper or even flower, butter or salt.

I have just started to collect silver and gold antique jewellery and trinkets. I needed a set of scales to weigh small, light items. These scales are ideal. The display is great and they are a very handy size to fit into your pocket or bag.
The only downside is they are a little small if you need to weigh larger items, and maybe you would need a second set for those items.

Good accuracy but wobbles on four feet.
I have checked the balance using known masses from 0.5 to 500 grams and found it to be of good accuracy. I have no means of checking above 500 grams. Masses must be applied carefully to avoid dynamic loading as there appears to be some hysteresis. The balance has four feet and tends to wobble.
