have had good luck with these lutron sensor for years. can be configured as either vacancy (manually tap switch to turn on) or occupancy (turns on with motion) sensor . high motion sensor sensitivity is also what i needed, though there is a reduced sensitivity that can be selected if desired. Never had one fail - also don't need a neutral in box - only ground and hot to power sensor. If neutral is available, you can remove green sleeve on sensor "ground" wire and connect to neutral.Read full review
