handy to have control of your lights from your device
Started with just a couple and have kept on changing all switches in the house. It’s so handy to have control of your lights from your phone and tablet. They Work well with voice commands also, in my case with Siri. Have a mixture of dimmers, on-off only switches & even a plug in device for a lamp & they are all so much easier to control without leaving your task at hand. I have even connected them to outdoor light switches and can just ask Siri to turn on the exterior lights, while still working in the garden, upon nightfall. All very practical ! Read full review

Not suitable for small loads - ghosting
Works beautifully with the Lutron bridge and Pico remote, able to use Siri to control circuit. However for a 24-bulb set of 1 watt Feit string lights it doesn’t completely turn the lights off. Bulbs emit slight glow when switch is off. Given that the switch takes a neutral wire this seems like a design flaw. Lutron support said this behavior is as-designed.Read full review

this is a simple switch. no extra bells and whistles necessary
it connects to the app and google assistant/alexa/smartthings
the dim light that brightens to indicate the light is on

What i'm not a big fan of
these things aren't a huge deal but something to consider.
The switch isn't as easy to toggle as a rocker switch. So if your hands aren't steady or if you have younger kids with developing motor skills, or even if you're not paying as much attention it's a little more difficult to toggle. You can toggle a rocker by feel, i still have to look at these
I love being able to set a schedule. I have this set to turn on my porch light at sunset and turn it off at sunrise. No more forgetting to do that.
Overall, i recommend this especially if your house was built in the last 20 years. I have neutral wires available at all my light switches so the installation was straight forward but if you are in an older home, you may not be able to use these.Read full review

Good smart switch
Caseta wireless switches are a very good alternative for smart control of lights and fans where you just want on or off control. Outdoor yard lights. fans with remote controls (no separate light kit control) are good examples. Works well with controllers like Alexa and others in addition to the Lutron App. You need some basic wiring knowledge, especially for a 3 way (2 or more switches that control the same device) but the instructions on-line are very complete. It also needs a neutral wire, but most newer homes are built that way.Read full review

Caseta switches are super easy to set up and install. They look and work great. Highly configurable with the Lutron app and work flawlessly with Alexa and Siri. My only gripe is this version needs a neutral wire to work. The dimmer switch version does not. Go figure.Read full review

Great switch, easy to use and easy to install
I have used a few of these swiches and they have worked well. It only takes a few minutes to install them ( a bit more if you want to use their cool "screwless" faceplates. I have mine setup with their hub so I can then use the app and or Alex ( google works as well ) to automate things around the house. Simple but Effective for Home Automation
A fairly straightforward way to integrate automation and voice control into the home while still maintaining a physical switch in place for network failures or persons at home who just like to "press a button". Build quality is great and aesthetics are so/so compared with some of the other options available, but I'm fine with its simplicity and discrete looks. A Lutron hub is required for full connectivity and a neutral wire is also needed. Priced somewhat higher than competitive options but not ridiculously so.Read full review

I've rarely done electrical work but recently installed a Lutron Caseta dimmer switch and this Smart Lighting Switch. Installation went well. I followed the instructions, turned the electricity back on and all works well. I am extremely pleased with the switch. We have flood lights at the front corners of our house and many days would forget to turn off the flood lights. NO more. The software allows you to choose when you wan the lights to come on and go off with a wide range of possibilities. Smart light switch worth the price!
I'm sure there are plenty of smart switches out there but these are great and the ones I've been putting at my home. They work great with Alexa and Google assistant. They look great too. You will need the Lutron Caseta bridge in order to connect to your Wi-fi. There is also a remote control by Lutron that can be setup to work with the switch.Read full review

Lutron does it again with a high quality 4 position switch. Push the center round button and it goes to your preset speed so you don't have to adjust it every time you turn it on. The Caseta models are all a bit pricey, though for some reason this fan switch is cheaper than some of their light dimmers. And yes, with the Smart Bridge you can turn it on via your Smartphone!Read full review

On off smart switch
It is a good quality product but not a good value because it requires neutral wire connection. That is more work than using smart dimmer from Caseta as it does not need neutral and it is available for lower price then this on off switch. You may need to change the bulb to dimmable.
