Comparing to previously purchased filters, the Mann filter being reviewed appears to have a much higher quality manufacturing standard than the UFI - Mahle & even Bosch brand air filters.

The Mann filter elements have a much more compact and accurate fins structure, better quality of rubber / neoprene type sealing element and even improved filter surface and length.

It is unknown if the paper element is better than any of the previously mentioned manufacturers, however according to the filter manufacturers datasheet has a lower particular filter specification than any of the others mentioned, lets face it the dust and blather is what we need to stop entering our engines, so smaller particles being filtered is an improvement.

Highly recommend the quality of the Mann air filter, and given this quality difference; it is likely that the Mann oil and pollen filters have the same advantages.Read full review
