Doesn't work for me at all...

I bought this mainly to reduce recent significant swelling of my ankles. I was diligently taking these pills for about a week, stayed away from salty meals, etc. However, there were no positive results. In the past, when using other (no longer available "old fashion") water pills, in 1-2 days my ankles were OK.

Drink lots of water!!!

I would definitely recommend this product however if you are not drinking water after every bathroom run you will have muscle cramps (ex. Charlie horse) in the middle of the night. I’ve only taken them for two days and I’m down 3 lbs. I am excited to see the ending results.
