A must buy for the MacGyver fan!

There are a total of seven seasons of Macgyver.

In season one we see guest appearances by "Robert Englund and the introduction of Penny Parker, played by actress "Teri Hatcher".

Stories:
This seasons stories are mostly exciting and you look forward to seeing the next episode.

MacGyver-ness:
This season is MacGyver at his best. There are a lot of interesting and detailed inventions that he uses.

Events:
Watch as MacGyver and Pete first meet and watch there relationship grow.
Learn a little about Macgyvers teacher and why he is interested in physics.

Dvd film quality:
Poor, but still viewable.
Low quality film. Over the air television has better quality.
This season is not digitally remastered.

Sound:
Mono
You can hear everything clearly.

Brilliant concept

I took this series for granted back in the day when my children were watching it. Now that we live in an "anything goes as long as it's violent" high-tech world, I've rediscovered this program as a diamond in the rough for my grandchildren. It's still action-packed and it's still about winning, but MacGyver doesn't shoot anyone - he just outfoxes them. His strategies and creations would put any modern day gaming structure to shame. In short, the message is that the more knowledgeable you are, the more your ability to master life's dilemnas. At least I have something to show the kids that gives another option to having power, besides being the toughest, meanest, richest or carrying the biggest weapon. MacGyver - Action and Adventure!

We used to watch this series and decided it would be great to see it again. Richard Dean Anderson (Stargate SG-1) is GREAT in this series. Lots of action and adventure, and MacGyver can make things with common items to get himself (and usually someone else) out of a difficult situation.

Some characters repeat in different episodes, so you get to know them as well. Fun to watch, and interesting story lines.

I bought this product because I remember watching the original series years ago. The quality of the DVD set is excellent. It really brings back good memories of years gone by. Also, some guest stars have become famous. What a great idea to put these in seasonal sets. I plan to get all of them, one season at the time. I enjoyed everything about Macgyver, I miss the show so much thats why I purchased the season DVD's. Its all about fun and adventure and doing the right thing when others might not. The show has so much to offer in ethics and moral values. Its good for the whole family to watch. Great product recommend to anyone looking for show watch with kids

I was a real fan of MacGyver. I never missed an episode, even if I had to record it on VHS.

This is the season that kicked it all off from Mac's days with DSX to his move to the Phoenix foundation. Showing is nomadic life style and living in an observatory.

This show was on 8 o'clock TV and was a family show great TV one best of all times.
