It was used, but all in good condition. Buy a new case for it, and BAM, you have a brand new Beatles cd.
And it wasn't a digipack. I hate digipacks. They fit in your storage case weird. For some reason I've seen in stores a lot of The Beatles albums rereleased as digipacks.
