I should have realised that a DAB radio at £25 was going to be sub-standard.
I have to scan every morning to find all the stations because it constantly loses BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio 5. The reception goes funny for no apparent reason and the only solution is to scan once again. Cannot leave it on standby overnight as battery wears completely down. If i leave it plugged in on my bedside table the red charging light and blue recharged light emit a very bright light, yet the time display is so small that it can't be read. Great little wonder
Im so impressed with this radio, the feel & size of it, it's very easy to program & set up , then the sound quality well that's great too but to top it all I don't have to keep buying batteries at £5 a time now as with my other dab radio they didn't last for long at all, 2 days play while working on my allotment so on that alone after a month's use this little wonder has paid for itself so if your considering this item it's well worth trying.... . Black is back
Great little DAB radio with remarkable sound for its size and price. I can forgive the on/off switch being on the back and the digital presets requiring some chasing around the buttons. The rechargeable battery is the solution to the DAB power drain and the red to blue light when charged is very pleasing. The somewhat unusual square shape fits the hand surprisingly well. I am delighted with it and will look at other products by this company of which I had not previously been aware.Read full review

I'm a painter. I bought this to replace a £25 tesco DAB radio. It was the second £25 dab tesco radion I'd had. The first tesco radio was replaced because the usb/power connection was so appallingly abysmal. The 2nd tesco radio also had the same problem in that you'd barely need to brush past the radio for the power to cut.
This radio was delivered for less that the cost of the teco one. It's small, light, plays radio stations, you can adjust the volume; Its a radio.
However, this one has a built in battery so you can charge it at home and then play it from the battery which then doesn't molest the weak power connection so much. So far the battery seems very good.
This is the best radio for a painter like me for about £25 in the world. Dont expect the sound quality to rival a roberts.Read full review

Bought one of these for in the garden and was so impressed with the sound bought another for in the bathroom. Only thing that this radio lacks is a handle would recommend to anyone wanting a cheap dab radio that sounds good.
