Small is beautiful

This radio is compact with crisp sound. The set up is straightforward using the instruction booklet. Radio reception in my area can be hit or miss but this radio picked up and maintained all of the stations I pre set. Tuning operation is a breeze and takes but a few seconds to complete for each station. There is no facility to adjust bass etc but to be honest this isn’t such a big negative because the quality of sound is adequate. A neat feature on the radio is when you turn the radio on it will automatically tune to the same station that was last selected. The belt clip is robust and a handy addition to an already fabulous all round. DAB radio. 5 stars from me.Read full review

Excellent sound- no DAB!

I really like the sound quality, it's excellent and can be heard above traffic on the road. However, I can't get it to pick up DAB at all. I have several DAB radio's in the house, so don't know why this can't pick up the signal. I've got FM reception, and am ok with that, although occasionally there is interference. The initial charge has held for several days with 5 hours average use a day.

Surprisingly Great

Great little radio. Supplied headphones are "ok" so have replaced the headphones with a more durable set with better sound quality. Radio unit is easy to use with great reception. I'm not convinced the battery life is as long as mentioned but it doesn't take any time or effort to recharge. I was sceptical about the brand but am pleased to report...so far so good. A lightweight and very user friendly DAB pocket radio.

It's a lightweight pocket sized DAB radio with clear controls and good reception. I changed the earphones for Sonys as a matter of preference, because I prefer the sound quality. The battery life seems good with at least 8 hours playing time but I haven't tried it for longer. There is a useful lock feature and battery indicator.
It hardly took any time to set up with the instructions provided and has a 3 year warranty.
How robust it will be for outdoor use is something I expect to find out in due course.Read full review

Wow my 2nd Majority product...& this is great like the Bluetooth radio I already have.This one is alot smaller & no bluetooth,but the sound is great it found all the dab stations the big radio found indoors the same...so I should pick up more when out & about.Very easy to use I got all the settings worked out in about 10mins without looking at the booklet the comes with it.I'm also using my own headphones as they have extra-bass in them. How small is that!

It is a tiny, smart, solid, well built radio. The build quality is as good as most mobile phones are these days.
FM reception is a bit hit and miss in our area but the DAB works very well. The head phones that come with it are adequate and comfortable.
I was worried I would wreck it with the type of work I do, so I have bought a MP3 belt case for it to go in, I had thought a camera case would do, but these seem to have the holes in the right place for the cable and the buttons.
Overall I am very pleased with it and if it ever gets lost or mangled I will replace it with the same again.Read full review

Tiny radio, great DAB reception!

Much smaller than I imagined and very lightweight (approx 2.5" x 2.0") I need it to listen to while bricklaying. I hardly notice I've got it clipped to the top of my t-shirt. It's powerful enough to power up large headphones with extra volume to spare. DAB reception is excellent so far. The spring clip at the back fastens tightly onto clothing and seems very strong. The radio is actually smaller than I expected which is a bonus. Easy to fit in a `pocket. Recharging is easy either using a laptop or in car adapter. Using the headphone lead as an aerial saves having anything else bulking in use. It even works inside the car with a lead plugged in to the car stereo. However, there is some interference if you try to charge it whilst driving. There aren't any reception or interference problems if it is running off its own battery, inside the car.Read full review
