Strong and reliable boxes
Good quality, strong and reliable. These boxes, which stack great in the back of my vehicle get used every day. Their size is perfect to separate my various tools by type and then label the boxes accordingly. As a Handyman, that make my day a whole lot easier. Read full review...

Mostly Average
Some Pro's, some Con's mostly average, previously used the aluminium Makita tool cases, last one just died after 20 years, thought I would stick 'with brand' and try some of the stacking cases. This is average at best, main Con is the rubbish catches, designed to also allow stacking. If you fill the case the weight will be far too much, both the catches and the construction. This is better used for just storage (stacking in a garage), not as a toolcase. On the Pro side, they are of reasonable quality, quite sturdy, but they are just plastic cases.Read full review...

Makita type 3 boxes
I got a great deal on these boxes, already have 7 with all my Makita tools in and accessories. These extra 3 I bought because I couldn’t turn down the great deal but they will come in handy to put in my boxes of screws, washers, etcRead full review...

Decent Tote Box Better than T Stack?
The insert system is a clever approach to tote boxes and of course these are stacking modular units - neat.
I have other Makita MakPacs and find the catches are a bit of an issue, some being excessively tight and difficult to unlatch - so you made need a small adjustment with a file. Better than a foam filled Dewalt Tstak: no, because of the latches but then there's no hacking of the foam to suit your too if there's an insert available.
This supplier does have a great guide to the inserts - not that easy to find though on the siteRead full review...

Compact and stylish
Excellent for stacking in the van and easy to transport to and from jobs. Lightweight but sturdy enough to be dropped and knocked about. Nice size for a variety of tools and accessories. 4 boxes enough for virtually all equipment. Adds the quality look to the already popular makita brand. I would definitely recommend these if you like makitaRead full review...
