Easy to install replacement

The installation is much simpler than the guidance on the web suggests. Only one screw need be removed, and the motor housing slides back down the power cable, exposing the switch slide. Using a medium flat screwdriver the slide can be pushed to the on position, applying slight downward pressure to align and engage the replacement switch. Holding the replacement firmly in place, pull the slide back to the off position and it clicks into place.
