3rd Makita radio I've had, wouldn't buy any other

Trade user- 3rd Makita radio I've had. This latest one is brilliant. Great sound quality, built like a tank.. perfect. Great feature on this is the EQ as they can be a bit bassy. The subwoofer really tightens up the bass compared to the older Makita radios. Bluetooth range is better.
Only downside is it's not great on FM but that is a very minor negative.

Fabulous farm radio for in the barns and stanlesc

Absolutely great radio although disappointed in having to purchase a power unit for it ,I though it came with one but apparently not otherwise I can’t fault it especially on DAB it was a gift to my wife so I had to rush and obtain a power unit ,the next purchase is two batteries and a charger but can highly recommend this unit and would buy again but next time get a deal on batteries or power supply Read full review

Makita Site radio DMR115

I had a previous model which worked fine, unfortunately it was stolen from my van while my back was turned. So I replaced it with this model which I heard on site through a colleague who’d bought one. The sound is far better than the old model as it is now fitted with what sound like upgraded speakers. Also a new, 25w sub has been installed underneath. After buying it, I discovered it had a graphic equaliser, which makes it sound even better. Overall, the sound is much clearer and more satisfying, if however it distorts at higher volume, bring the bass down a notch with the graphic. Problem solved.

Great bit of kit
