Achilles heel
The critical weakness with these Mavic Kysrium and Aksium wheels is the Delrin washer inside the cassette body. This wears out fairly quickly and causes the cassette to "wobble" on the hub. This in turn causes the rear mech to misfire when changing gear. They are easy to replace if you can find one. If it isn't changed in time then it can cause excessive wear to the hub itself.Read full review...
