Excellent for HIIT workouts at a good price
A very useful piece of gym equipment at an excellent price for doing HIIT training. Sturdy, easy to assemble and folds away to nothing if needed. The only gripe would be the size and position of the console as it is impossible to read while exercising, although I'm not sure where else they could have put it! I use a clock with a second hand to time intervals and that works well.
A warning though - this is a serious piece of kit which is not for the faint hearted! There are better options if you are looking for an easy aerobic workout but for a HIIT session it is idealRead full review
